Box It Your Way Refund Policy

At Boxit Your Way, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your custom box packaging, we are here to help you through the refund process. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience, making sure you know what to expect when it comes to returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

Damaged or Defective Products: In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item, one may claim a full or partial refund along with replacement within 14 days including description and images.

Wrong Orders: The order can be returned or exchanged within 14 working days of the date of receipt in case there is a fault with the product delivered to you.

Cancel Order: We agree to cancel our order only in case our production hasn’t started. If customization has begun, a cancel order is not accepted in any case. Only in case of defectiveness or damage due to an error from our side, the custom-ordered product can be returned; otherwise, returns due to change of mind are not accepted by us.

2. How to Request a Refund

When you feel that your order is entitled to a refund, do the following:

Contact Us: Send an email or fill out the contact form on our website. Please ensure that you provide all the following information in your email: 

The order number about which you would like to speak, a brief description of the problem, and photos relevant to the issue.

Waiting for Confirmation: We shall revert you within 2-3 working days after receiving your application. In such cases, we would request additional details or photos as the case may be to be able to process your request.

Return Instructions: If we need to have a product returned, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including postage you may be responsible for based on the circumstances of return unless due to our error.

3. Processing Your Refund

We will e-mail you with details on your refund status once we have received the returned item and examined it. We will automatically process an approved refund using the same method of payment as for the order, within 7-10 business days from receipt. 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable:

 

Any personalized items that exactly fulfill your order but you no longer wish or need.

All clearance merchandise along with other merchandise purchased at a reduced price, are sales that cannot be returned except if it arrived in a condition that would prevent wearing or if the wrong item was shipped.

Gift Cards, as well as any other gift voucher, are non-returnable. When ordering from us, please ensure that you go through your order attentively concerning your custom box designs.

5. Exchanges

If your product is faulty, or damaged, or the order is wrong, then instead of a refund, you can opt for an exchange. How to do it? You can start exchanging it by contacting us within 14 days after your product’s delivery with detailed information about the problem. 

Once we examine the item and approve the exchange, we will send a replacement right away according to our standard shipping times. If the exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement to you for no extra charge. However, if you want a different design or size than were originally ordered, shipping charges may be applied.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before we make it. Please let us know immediately if you want to make some alterations or cancellation of your order. We can no longer cancel your order once we’ve processed it for production since we start manufacturing your custom boxes as soon as possible. Hence, we advise our customers to check every detail with care so that they can ensure everything is correct before placing their order.

If you act on the cancellation soon enough, we’ll refund you the full amount right back into your original method of payment. If the cancellation request has been done past the start of production, a partial refund may be issued in some cases, depending on the status of the order.

7. Refunds for Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not normally credited when an item is returned unless it was error-incorrectly shipped or defective. In that case, we’d cover the cost of shipping to return and replace no additional shipping cost on our end.

However, if you return or request a refund due to personal reasons-for instance, you got the wrong size or print-you will be required to pay for shipping.

8. Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

Of course, we try to be as flexible as humanly possible, but there are just a few exceptions to our refund policy:

Damage Caused by You: If, after delivery, the product has suffered damage caused on account of improper use or mishandling, we shall not accept any refund or replacement.

Claims after Due Date: Claims made after 14 days from receipt shall be processed at the sole discretion of the Company.

Refusal to Provide Proof: We require a picture or proof of the damages or defects along with the products before the return. We may deny issuing you a refund or replacement if you do not avail of it.
